Good opportunities to develop

I have only worked for a short time at TASSO, but I have already got a really good impression of both the work and the workplace. My tasks are primarily about ladle transport, where I act as an intermediary between the melting and the casting plant. I make sure that production runs smoothly, and that's a task I really enjoy. In addition, I take samples of the cast iron quality to ensure that we always work with the right quality.

The best thing about working at TASSO is definitely the atmosphere between colleagues. We all come from different backgrounds, but there is room for all of us, and we help each other. If you have the courage to do so, there are also very good opportunities to develop. For example, I have already been asked if I want to be a trainer for new employees. I now have the opportunity to train new employees in ladle transport and ensure that we work according to the TWI principles and procedures .

I applied for the job at TASSO because I felt it was time to try something new. I have previously worked as a marketing economist and as an independent restauranteur, but I have always been open to new challenges.

At TASSO, we have a very good working environment with a strong team spirit. We help each other, and that's something I really appreciate. There is a strong focus on everyone feeling comfortable, and even though it may look like a raw environment, it is actually not as physically demanding as you might think. I actually think it would be good to have more women in the workplace, as it would definitely contribute positively to our team.
