EN-GJL-150C-A
The annealed special quality EN-GJL-150C-A is a variant of EN-GJL-150C.
This material offers superior machinability, dimensional stability, excellent surface finishes due to the mainly ferric structure containing fine undercooled graphite type (D/E).
Due to the added alloying element of titanium this grade offers improved strength compared to EN-GJL-150C (GG15). Noise and vibration damping properties are excellent in this grade. Wear resistance is limited.
EN-GJL-150C-A is one of the primary grades suitable for applications in the glass, mould manufacturing industry along with the sector of pumps and compressors.
