EN-GJS-500-14C
This solution strengthened grade has excellent machinability.
Tensile and yield strength is higher compared to 500-7C, whereas wear resistance and hardness is lower. Noise and vibration damping are good in this grade.
Due to its small variation in hardness properties it is used where improved machinability and productivity is required.
